DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Guest Relations: Ensure a welcoming and comfortable experience for all guests, handling check-ins, check-outs, and addressing any concerns or special requests in a professional and timely manner.
  • Supervision & Staff Management: Lead and supervise housekeeping and F&B (Food & Beverage) staff, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and up to the highest standards of cleanliness and service.
  • Quality Control: Monitor the cleanliness and maintenance of the property, conducting regular inspections and ensuring the environment is consistently ready for guest arrivals.
  • Operations Management: Oversee the daily operations of the property, ensuring that all systems, including booking, reservations, and guest services, are running smoothly.
  • Inventory & Supplies Management: Monitor and manage inventory levels for cleaning supplies, linens, toiletries, and any other consumables needed for guest services.
  • Training & Development: Provide on-the-job training for staff, ensuring that everyone adheres to service standards, cleanliness protocols, and safety regulations.
  • Budget & Cost Management: Assist in managing the operational budget, keeping track of expenses, and identifying areas for cost optimization while maintaining high-quality services.
  • Health & Safety: Ensure the property complies with all safety regulations, including fire safety, first aid, and emergency procedures, as well as maintaining a safe environment for guests and staff.
  • Guest Reviews & Feedback: Collect and review guest feedback, taking necessary actions to address any complaints or suggestions to improve service quality.

KEY REQUIREMENT SKILLS AND QUALIFICATION

  • Diploma in Hospitality Management or related field
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience as a Housekeeping Supervisor or Food & Beverage Supervisor in the hospitality industry
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work under minimal supervision
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
