DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Lead Generation & Market Research

  • Conduct thorough research to identify new business prospects within target markets (corporates, SMEs, NGOs, event organizers, etc.).
  • Use both traditional and digital methods (cold calling, social media outreach, networking events, referrals) to generate leads.
  • Maintain a growing pipeline of potential clients and consistently follow up to convert leads into active accounts.

Client Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships by understanding their needs and providing tailored branding/advertising solutions.
  • Act as the main point of contact for clients throughout the sales cycle and post-sales support, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and retention.
  • Schedule regular check-ins with existing clients to upsell or cross-sell services.

Sales Strategy & Execution

  • Develop and implement sales strategies aligned with company goals to drive revenue and market share.
  • Prepare persuasive proposals, quotes, and presentations based on client briefs and company capabilities.
  • Negotiate pricing, timelines, and deliverables with clients to close deals profitably while maintaining customer satisfaction.

Collaboration with Internal Teams

  • Work closely with design, production, and operations teams to ensure accurate delivery of services as per client expectations.
  • Clearly communicate client requirements, timelines, and expectations to internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.

 

Market & Competitor Analysis

  • Monitor industry trends, competitor offerings, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation.
  • Provide feedback to management on pricing, promotions, and service offerings to remain competitive and responsive to market needs.

Reporting & Performance Tracking

  • Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, client interactions, and revenue forecasts using CRM tools or internal systems.
  • Prepare regular sales reports and performance updates for management.
  • Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets and KPIs as assigned.

Brand Representation

  • Represent the company professionally at networking events, client meetings, expos, and industry forums.
  • Actively promote the brand’s services and value proposition to enhance visibility and credibility in the market.

KEY REQUIREMENT SKILLS AND QUALIFICATION

  • Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Sales & Marketing, or a related field
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in business development, sales, or client management — preferably in the branding, printing, design, or advertising industry
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and generating new business opportunities
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently
  • Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with CRM software is an added advantage
