DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Business Development & Client Acquisition
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to increase hospital footfall and revenue.
- Develop and implement outreach strategies to attract corporate clients, insurance companies, and wellness program partners.
- Initiate and manage corporate health partnerships and packages.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with potential clients and partners to convert leads into long-term business relationships.
Marketing Strategy & Execution
- Develop and implement marketing plans (traditional and digital) to promote hospital services.
- Oversee the creation and distribution of promotional materials, newsletters, and campaigns.
- Work with internal teams and agencies to manage digital marketing initiatives including social media, SEO, email campaigns, and Google Ads.
- Organize and participate in medical camps, wellness drives, exhibitions, and community health outreach programs.
Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing corporate clients, insurance partners, and third-party administrators.
- Ensure high levels of client satisfaction by providing timely and accurate responses to inquiries and feedback.
- Act as a liaison between corporate clients and hospital departments to ensure service delivery aligns with client expectations.
Reporting & Market Analysis
- Track and report on key business development metrics and campaign performance.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and patient behaviour to identify areas of improvement.
- Prepare regular reports and presentations for the management on business development activities.
KEY REQUIREMENT SKILLS AND QUALIFICATION
- Degree or Diploma in Marketing, Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or related field
- 2–4 years of experience in a similar role within a busy hospital or healthcare setting
- Proven track record in business development, corporate sales, or healthcare marketing
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written)
- Good understanding of healthcare services and industry dynamics
- Ability to create and execute marketing strategies
