DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Sales Target Achievement:

  • Proactively achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets set by the management.
  • Engage with walk-in customers, respond to inquiries, and convert leads into sales by closing deals.
  • Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities to maximize revenue per customer, offering additional features, warranties, or related products.

Customer Engagement and Needs Assessment:

  • Engage with customers to understand their needs, preferences, and budget to recommend the most suitable vehicles.
  • Conduct detailed product presentations and demonstrations, showcasing the benefits and features of various car models.
  • Offer tailored advice on financing options, insurance, and after-sales services, ensuring that customers are fully informed of the available packages.

Lead Generation and Prospecting:

  • Actively prospect for new customers by generating leads through various channels, including phone calls, emails, referrals, and networking events.
  • Leverage CRM systems to track leads, manage customer data, and monitor the sales pipeline.
  • Follow up with potential customers who have shown interest in vehicles to encourage sales conversions.

Market Research and Competitive Analysis:

  • Continuously monitor the automotive market, competitors' offerings, and trends to provide customers with the most up-to-date and relevant information.
  • Attend industry events, car exhibitions, and trade shows to stay updated on new vehicle models and promotional activities.
  • Offer valuable feedback to the marketing team regarding customer preferences, trends, and competitive pricing strategies.

Product Knowledge and Presentation:

  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of all car models, features, specifications, pricing, and available accessories.
  • Present the features, benefits, and advantages of vehicles in a compelling manner to potential customers.
  • Conduct test drives and ensure customers experience the vehicle firsthand, highlighting key features during the drive.

Negotiation and Closing Sales:

  • Effectively negotiate terms, pricing, and other aspects of the deal with customers, ensuring both company profitability and customer satisfaction.
  • Address and overcome any objections or concerns raised by customers, ensuring they feel confident and comfortable with their purchase decision.
  • Use persuasive sales techniques to close deals promptly and efficiently, ensuring all necessary documentation is completed accurately.

Customer Service and Relationship Management:

  • Provide personalized after-sales support, ensuring that customers are satisfied with their purchase and the overall experience.
  • Follow up with customers after purchase to ensure their vehicles are performing as expected, and offer guidance on vehicle care and maintenance.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers, fostering brand loyalty and repeat business.
  • Resolve any post-sale issues or concerns in a timely and professional manner, ensuring customer satisfaction.

Administrative Responsibilities:

  • Accurately complete all sales documentation, including contracts, delivery forms, and financing paperwork.
  • Input and maintain accurate customer and sales data in the CRM system, ensuring it is up to date at all times.
  • Prepare and submit sales reports as required by the management team, tracking progress towards targets and highlighting areas for improvement.

Brand Ambassadorship:

  • Represent the company positively in all interactions with customers, partners, and other external stakeholders.
  • Uphold the company's reputation for excellent customer service and high-quality products, ensuring that every customer has a positive experience.
  • Actively participate in promoting special offers, events, and dealership promotions to drive traffic and sales.

KEY REQUIREMENT SKILLS AND QUALIFICATION

  • Diploma or Degree in Sales and Marketing or a related business field
  • Strong knowledge of the automotive industry and the latest car models
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills
  • Ability to build rapport and maintain long-term relationships with clients
  • Customer-focused with the ability to close deals effectively
  • High level of initiative and motivation to exceed sales targets.
