DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Supervise all on-site activities and ensure construction work is carried out according to plans, specifications, and safety standards.
- Coordinate and manage site workers, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure project timelines and quality standards are met.
- Provide daily site reports detailing progress, materials used, manpower, and any site issues or delays.
- Enforce compliance with safety regulations and company policies on the construction site.
- Monitor use of materials, tools, and equipment and ensure optimal site efficiency.
- Liaise with project managers, engineers, and stakeholders to ensure smooth communication and resolution of issues.
- Identify potential problems early and recommend or implement practical solutions.
KEY REQUIREMENT SKILLS AND QUALIFICATION
- Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum 4 years of proven experience as a Site Supervisor, specifically in housing construction
- Strong leadership and personnel management skills.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
- Good reporting and documentation skills.
