DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Identify and acquire new B2B customers in the garment and uniform manufacturing sector.
  • Manage and grow existing client relationships to maximize long-term revenue opportunities.
  • Prepare and respond to tenders, RFQs, and commercial proposals in line with company guidelines.
  • Conduct in-depth market research and analysis to identify emerging trends, competitor activity, and potential leads.
  • Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets and KPIs.
  • Represent the company professionally in all client meetings, exhibitions, and trade shows.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales, client interactions, and forecasts using CRM tools or sales tracking systems.
  • Liaise with production and operations teams to ensure timely order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.
  • Provide post-sale support, including resolving client issues and ensuring repeat business.
  • Provide weekly and monthly reports to the Sales Manager on performance and market developments.

 

KEY REQUIREMENT SKILLS AND QUALIFICATION

  • Diploma in Business Administration, Sales & Marketing, or a related field (a Bachelor's Degree is an added advantage)
  • Minimum 2 years of proven experience in B2B sales & marketing within the garment or textile manufacturing industry
  • Strong negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Solid knowledge and experience in handling tenders and contract bidding
  • Demonstrated market intelligence capabilities – ability to analyze trends, gather competitor data, and translate insights into actionable strategies
