DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Plan and manage end-to-end digital advertising campaigns across platforms including Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), LinkedIn Ads, and other relevant networks.
  • Align campaign strategies with overall marketing goals and target audience profiles for maximum impact.
  • Continuously monitor ad performance metrics such as CPC, CPA, CTR, conversion rate, and ROAS.
  • Conduct A/B testing on ad creatives, targeting, bidding strategies, and landing pages to drive campaign efficiency.
  • Adjust bids, budgets, and targeting in real-time to improve results.
  • Conduct detailed audience segmentation based on behavior, demographics, interests, and purchase intent.
  • Leverage insights to build lookalike audiences, custom audiences, and retargeting lists for tailored ad delivery.
  • Work closely with the design and content teams to develop compelling ad creatives, copy, and landing pages optimized for conversions.
  • Provide clear briefs and feedback to ensure consistency with brand messaging and visual identity.
  • Manage and allocate campaign budgets across platforms to maximize ROI and meet business KPIs.
  • Forecast and track monthly and quarterly ad spend, ensuring alignment with financial planning.
  • Set up and maintain proper campaign tracking using tools like Google Analytics (GA4), Facebook Pixel, and UTM parameters.
  • Generate weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights and recommendations for stakeholders.
  • Interpret campaign data to inform broader marketing and business strategy.
  • Stay current with updates and best practices across ad platforms (e.g., Google’s Performance Max, Meta’s AI tools, LinkedIn’s lead gen forms).
  • Integrate advertising tools with CRM systems, e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, WooCommerce), and SaaS dashboards when needed.
  • Coordinate with sales, product, and customer success teams to ensure alignment on lead quality, audience feedback, and campaign performance.
  • Participate in strategy sessions and provide input on marketing funnels, conversion paths, and growth experiments.
  • Monitor competitor advertising strategies and industry trends to identify new opportunities.
  • Benchmark performance and identify gaps or opportunities for innovation in campaign approach.
  • Ensure all ads comply with platform policies and advertising regulations.
  • Maintain consistency in brand voice, messaging, and visual identity across all campaigns.

KEY REQUIREMENT SKILLS AND QUALIFICATION

  • Degree or Diploma in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
  • Minimum of 3 years of proven experience managing digital advertising campaigns
  • Experience working with e-commerce, B2B, or SaaS platforms is a strong advantage
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
  • Excellent communication and project management skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously
