DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Content Strategy & Creation
- Develop engaging and brand-aligned content for multiple digital platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.).
- Produce and edit creative assets such as captions, graphics, short videos, and stories using tools like Canva, CapCut, or Adobe Express.
- Write compelling copy for posts, ads, and blogs that drive engagement and align with the brand tone.
Content Planning & Scheduling
- Maintain a monthly content calendar that aligns with marketing campaigns, product launches, or organizational events.
- Schedule posts using tools like Meta Business Suite, Buffer, or Hootsuite to ensure consistent online presence.
- Coordinate with internal teams to gather input, plan themes, and prepare timely content around promotions or campaigns.
Social Media Management
- Monitor all active social media platforms daily to ensure consistent engagement with the audience.
- Respond to comments, direct messages, and tags promptly and professionally to foster community relationships.
- Flag any negative comments or issues to the relevant internal team for resolution.
Community Engagement & Growth
- Identify and initiate engagement opportunities such as Q&A sessions, polls, giveaways, and live interactions to grow online communities.
- Engage with followers, influencers, and industry pages to boost visibility and organic reach.
- Monitor trends, viral content, and hashtags relevant to the industry to stay current and create timely content.
Analytics & Performance Reporting
- Track and analyze performance of posts, stories, and campaigns using social media insights and tools like Google Analytics.
- Prepare weekly/monthly reports showing key metrics such as reach, engagement rate, follower growth, CTR, and conversion metrics.
- Use performance data to recommend content improvements or adjustments to strategy.
Campaign Support & Digital Advertising
- Assist in the creation and execution of paid ad campaigns (Meta Ads, Google Ads, etc.) when needed.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to support broader digital campaigns and ensure alignment across all platforms.
- Monitor basic ad performance (if applicable) and suggest optimizations based on analytics.
Brand Consistency & Innovation
- Ensure all digital content is consistent with brand guidelines, tone, and visual identity.
- Experiment with new formats (e.g., Reels, carousels, memes) and evaluate what resonates best with the audience.
- Contribute fresh ideas to brainstorms and actively participate in campaign planning meetings.
KEY REQUIREMENT SKILLS AND QUALIFICATION
- Diploma in Communication, Marketing, Public Relations, or a related field
- Valid certificate in Digital Marketing or relevant digital media tools/platforms
- At least 1 year of hands-on experience managing social media pages or digital campaigns
- Proficiency in social media management tools (e.g. Hootsuite, Buffer, Meta Business Suite)
- Basic understanding of analytics tools (e.g. Meta Insights, Google Analytics)
