DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Prepare and verify dispatch documentation including delivery notes, invoices, and packing lists
- Coordinate and schedule dispatch activities to ensure timely delivery of products
- Monitor and record outgoing goods, ensuring quantities and quality standards are met
- Liaise with warehouse staff, drivers, and logistics providers for efficient dispatch operations
- Ensure all dispatch records are properly filed and easily retrievable
- Perform stock counts and reconcile dispatch records with inventory data
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dispatch area
- Identify and report any dispatch-related issues or discrepancies to the supervisor
- Support the warehouse team in picking, packing, and loading of goods when necessary
- Ensure compliance with company policies and safety regulations
KEY REQUIREMENT SKILLS AND QUALIFICATION
- Diploma in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field
- 1–3 years of hands-on experience in warehouse operations or dispatch
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Proficiency in basic computer applications (e.g., MS Word, Excel)
- Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) is an added advantage
- Physical stamina to handle loading activities and standing for long periods
