DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Proactively identify and approach potential clients through field visits, cold calling, door-to-door outreach, and referrals.
- Promote and sell the company’s cleaning and fumigation services to individuals, businesses, and institutions.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure repeat business and referrals.
- Conduct client needs assessments and recommend appropriate service packages.
- Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations and proposals tailored to each client.
- Meet or exceed individual monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Provide regular feedback and market intelligence to management to improve services and customer engagement strategies.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, client interactions, and follow-ups.
- Collaborate with the operations team to ensure timely and efficient service delivery to clients.
- Represent the company professionally at all times and ensure customer satisfaction.
KEY REQUIREMENT SKILLS AND QUALIFICATION
- Diploma in Sales & Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
- At least 1 year of experience in field sales, preferably in service-based industries (e.g., cleaning, pest control, security services, etc.)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly
- Strong persuasion, negotiation, and closing skills
- Self-driven with the ability to work independently and manage time efficiently
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets
