DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Operational Oversight

  • Lead, manage, and streamline the company’s day-to-day operations to ensure maximum efficiency and productivity.
  • Ensure all operational processes, workflows, and policies align with the company’s strategic goals.
  • Oversee and manage the company's IT infrastructure, software, hardware, and support systems, ensuring they meet organizational needs.

Strategic Planning & Execution

  • Work closely with the executive team to develop and implement short-term and long-term business strategies.
  • Lead the development and execution of the company’s business plan, focusing on market expansion, product/service innovation, and overall growth.

Leadership & Team Management

  • Lead and mentor senior management and department heads, ensuring that they align with company goals and strategies.
  • Foster a collaborative work environment by promoting open communication, team engagement, and professional development.
  • Build and maintain a high-performance team by identifying key talent and ensuring ongoing training and development.

Financial Management & Budgeting

  • Oversee the preparation and management of the company’s budget, ensuring financial targets are met while maintaining operational efficiency.
  • Ensure that financial controls are in place and that the company’s financial health remains stable and sustainable.
  • Provide regular financial performance reports to senior management and stakeholders, with insights into future opportunities for cost savings or growth.

 

Client & Stakeholder Relationship Management

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and external stakeholders to ensure business continuity and growth.
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and business meetings, promoting brand visibility and networking with potential clients.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for strategic business partnerships, ensuring successful negotiation, collaboration, and contractual arrangements.

Business Growth & Innovation

  • Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities, expanding the company’s presence in both existing and new markets.
  • Lead the development of new business proposals, including strategic partnerships, joint ventures, and alliances that align with the company’s goals.
  • Drive technological advancement and digital transformation initiatives to keep the company competitive in a fast-paced industry.

Compliance & Risk Management

  • Ensure the company adheres to all industry regulations, compliance standards, and legal requirements relevant to the business.
  • Lead efforts to ensure cybersecurity best practices are followed, safeguarding the company’s data, systems, and client information.

Performance Evaluation & Reporting

  • Establish and track performance metrics for all departments, ensuring targets are achieved and aligned with the company’s strategic goals.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to department heads, managers, and staff.
  • Prepare detailed reports on operational, financial, and strategic performance to share with the board and key stakeholders.

Marketing and Brand Management

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to define and execute the company’s marketing strategies and initiatives.
  • Support the development of sales strategies to enhance the company’s market reach and customer engagement.

Technology Integration and Innovation

  • Spearhead the integration of cutting-edge technologies that improve operational efficiency, customer satisfaction, and market competitiveness.
  • Oversee the implementation of key technology projects and monitor their progress to ensure they meet organizational goals and timelines

KEY REQUIREMENT SKILLS AND QUALIFICATION

  • Degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field
  • Over 5 years of experience in an ICT company, with at least 3 years in a managerial role
  • Strong knowledge of IT operations and how to optimize them for business success
  • Proven ability to develop and execute strategic plans that drive business growth and operational excellence
  • Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate, develop, and manage teams effectively
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions under pressure
  • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to interact effectively at all levels of the organization.
