DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Marketing Strategy Development & Execution
- Assist in the creation and execution of marketing strategies to drive brand awareness and sales growth.
- Develop marketing plans and strategies tailored to key accounts, other accounts and B2B to enhance customer engagement and satisfaction.
Data Analysis & Reporting
- Conduct data analysis on sales performance, consumer behavior, and key account
metrics to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
- Monitor the effectiveness of marketing initiatives and make data-driven
recommendations for continuous improvement.
Market Research & Competitive Analysis
- Perform research on market trends, customer preferences, and competitor strategies to refine marketing plans and identify market opportunities.
- Stay updated on emerging industry and consumer trends that can influence company’s marketing approach.
Collaboration with Creative Agencies
- Participate in liaising with the company’s and the third-party creative agency, ensuring effective communication and timely project delivery.
- Coordinate with the agency on campaigns, marketing assets, and content strategies to maintain brand consistency.
Graphic Design & Content Creation
- Participate in the design of marketing materials, including promotional assets, digital and print advertisements, packaging visuals, and social media content.
- Collaborate on visual content that aligns with company’s brand identity and product offerings, ensuring high-quality, visually appealing deliverables.
Traditional & Digital Marketing Support
- Assist in the development and manage traditional marketing campaigns such as in
store promotions, product launches, and trade marketing initiatives.
- Contribute to the execution and monitoring of digital marketing campaigns, including email marketing, social media, and online advertising.
Event management
- Trade Expos & Company Events: Plan, organize, and execute company’s participation in trade expos, company events, and other industry-related functions.
- Event Strategy & Planning: Develop strategies and plans to ensure a strong
presence and alignment with company’s marketing objectives.
- Booth & Branding Coordination: Oversee the design and setup of event
booths, displays, and branded materials, ensuring consistent brand
representation and visual appeal.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Coordinate with internal teams and external
partners, such as event organizers, vendors, and contractors, to ensure smooth
execution and maximize event impact.
- Promotional Activities: Plan and execute on-site promotional activities,
including product demonstrations, customer engagement strategies, and
sampling.
- Post-Event Analysis: Gather feedback, evaluate event outcomes, and compile
reports with actionable insights to optimize future events and enhance ROI.
- Other responsibilities as required from time to time.
KEY REQUIREMENT SKILLS AND QUALIFICATION
- Minimum of 3 years in a marketing role within the FMCG industry, with a proven track record of supporting successful marketing initiatives.
- Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, etc.) is a plus.
- Strong data analysis and reporting skills to measure marketing effectiveness and inform strategy adjustments.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively interact with internal and external stakeholders.
- Ability to work effectively with creative agencies, ensuring alignment with brand strategy and delivering impactful campaigns.
- Solid understanding of traditional marketing principles, digital marketing trends, and FMCG industry dynamics.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize responsibilities.
