DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Sales & Business Development

  • Actively promote and sell non-diagnostic medical equipment to healthcare institutions including hospitals, clinics, pharmacies, laboratories, and medical centers.
  • Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base within the assigned territory.
  • Develop and execute effective sales plans to achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Conduct regular field visits to existing and prospective clients to maintain strong relationships.

Client Relationship Management

  • Build long-term partnerships with key decision-makers such as procurement officers, hospital administrators, pharmacists, and clinicians.
  • Provide professional product information, pricing details, and usage guidance to clients.
  • Address client inquiries, objections, and complaints promptly to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.

Product Presentation & Demonstration

  • Deliver product presentations and demonstrations to showcase features, benefits, and value propositions of non-diagnostic medical equipment.
  • Educate customers on correct product usage and basic operational requirements where necessary.
  • Stay updated on product specifications and industry developments to effectively position offerings against competitors.

Market Intelligence & Reporting

  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs within the healthcare and medical equipment industry.
  • Gather and share market intelligence to support product positioning and pricing strategies.
  • Prepare accurate sales reports, forecasts, and activity updates for management review.

Order Management & After-Sales Support

  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely order processing, delivery, and invoicing.
  • Follow up on deliveries and ensure smooth installation or handover where applicable.
  • Support after-sales activities and collaborate with service teams to resolve product-related issues.

Compliance & Professional Conduct

  • Ensure all sales activities comply with healthcare industry regulations, company policies, and ethical standards.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records and sales documentation.
  • Represent the company professionally at all times in the field.

KEY REQUIREMENT SKILLS AND QUALIFICATION

  • Degree or Diploma in any field
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience selling non-diagnostic medical equipment.
  • Proven experience selling to hospitals, clinics, pharmacies, laboratories, and healthcare institutions
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Demonstrated ability to consistently meet or exceed sales targets
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently in the field
  • Good reporting and time-management skills
