DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Plan, organize, and execute daily sales activities within the assigned territory to achieve set sales targets
  • Promote company pharmaceutical products through effective product detailing, demonstrations, and presentations to healthcare professionals
  • Identify, develop, and maintain strong relationships with doctors, pharmacists, hospital staff, and key opinion leaders
  • Conduct regular market visits to ensure optimal territory coverage and product visibility
  • Analyze customer needs and recommend appropriate product solutions
  • Execute sales and marketing strategies as defined by management
  • Monitor competitor activities, pricing, promotions, and market trends, and provide timely feedback to management
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company products, industry developments, and regulatory guidelines
  • Organize and participate in CMEs, medical meetings, product launches, and promotional events
  • Manage customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally and promptly
  • Ensure accurate documentation of sales activities, call reports, expenses, and inventory where applicable
  • Work closely with marketing, supply chain, and finance teams to ensure product availability and smooth order fulfillment
  • Uphold ethical selling practices and comply with pharmaceutical regulations and company policies
  • Build brand loyalty by providing consistent follow-up and after-sales support
  • Prepare and submit regular sales performance reports and forecasts

KEY REQUIREMENT SKILLS AND QUALIFICATION

  • Diploma or Degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in pharmaceutical sales
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Ability to build and sustain professional relationships
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently
  • Good planning, organizational, and time-management skills
  • Willingness to travel within the assigned territory
