MOTORBIKE RIDERS

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Transportation: Safely and efficiently transport goods or passengers to designated locations within Nairobi, ensuring timely delivery and optimal route selection.
• Route Knowledge: Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of Nairobi’s roads and routes, ensuring quick and safe navigation through traffic.
• Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service, addressing client concerns and offering a friendly and professional demeanor at all times.
• Safety Compliance: Ensure compliance with road safety laws, wear protective gear, and adhere to traffic rules and regulations.
• Maintenance: Perform basic checks on the motorbike to ensure it is in good working condition, including refueling, cleaning, and reporting any mechanical issues.
• Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of deliveries, rides, and commission-based earnings. Report daily activities to the manager.
• Self-Orientation: Take initiative to manage your own schedule, ensuring maximum efficiency in your daily operations.

KEY REQUIREMENT SKILLS AND QUALIFICATION

• A minimum of 3 years of experience as a motorbike rider, preferably in a fast-paced urban environment like Nairobi
• A valid motorbike driving license with a clean driving record
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to provide outstanding customer service
• Strong knowledge of Nairobi’s roads, routes, and neighborhoods, particularly in the Lang'ata area
• Motivated, reliable, and able to work independently without constant supervision
