DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist in managing tenant relationships by promptly addressing tenant inquiries and resolving issues to ensure tenant satisfaction.
- Support the rent collection process by monitoring payments, sending reminders, and following up on outstanding balances.
- Aid in the preparation, review, and filing of lease agreements, renewals, and other property-related documentation.
- Maintain and regularly update accurate records of tenant details, rent payments, and property expenses.
- Collaborate with the property management team to ensure all properties are well-maintained and compliant with company policies and relevant regulations.
- Assist in periodic property inspections, reporting any maintenance or repair needs to the appropriate teams for timely resolution.
- Coordinate communication between tenants, contractors, and internal teams to facilitate smooth property operations.
- Support the onboarding process for new tenants, including lease signings and move-in procedures.
- Help track and manage property-related invoices and expenses to support budgeting and financial reporting.
- Assist in preparing regular reports on occupancy rates, rent collection status, and maintenance activities for management review.
- Participate in meetings and training sessions to improve knowledge of property management best practices and company procedures.
- Conduct basic market research to support competitive rent pricing and property improvement strategies.
KEY REQUIREMENT SKILLS AND QUALIFICATION
- Degree in Real Estate Management, Land Economics, Business or a related field.
- Minimum of 1-year experience working in a real estate company or related environment is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and comfortable with record-keeping.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Basic understanding of property management processes and real estate laws is an advantage.
