DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

 Lead Generation & Prospecting

  • Proactively identify and source potential clients through cold calling, referrals, networking events, digital platforms, and walk-ins.
  • Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns, social media, and property listings to convert them into active prospects.

 Client Engagement & Relationship Management

  • Build strong, lasting relationships with clients by understanding their needs and preferences, offering personalized property solutions, and maintaining consistent communication.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to clients throughout the property purchase process, ensuring satisfaction and encouraging repeat business and referrals.

Property Presentation & Viewings

  • Schedule and conduct site visits and property tours for potential buyers.
  • Professionally present available properties, highlighting key features, value propositions, and answering all client questions with confidence and accuracy.

Sales Negotiation & Deal Closure

  • Negotiate offers and terms with clients, property owners, and legal representatives to achieve win-win agreements.
  • Coordinate the preparation and signing of sales agreements and ensure all legal documentation is in order to facilitate smooth closings.

Sales Reporting & CRM Management

  • Maintain up-to-date records of all client interactions, leads, follow-ups, and sales performance in the company CRM system.
  • Prepare and present weekly and monthly reports on sales progress, challenges, and market insights to the sales manager.

 

After-Sales Support

  • Follow up with clients post-sale to ensure satisfaction, assist with documentation, and address any concerns or referrals.
  • Maintain client loyalty by offering additional services such as rental assistance, property management referrals, or resale opportunities.

KEY REQUIREMENT SKILLS AND QUALIFICATION

  • Diploma or Degree in Sales, Real Estate, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in real estate sales with a proven track record of meeting sales targets
  • In-depth understanding of the property sales process from lead generation to closing
  • Proficient in using CRM software and digital sales tools
  • Conversant with digital marketing techniques and platforms (social media, email campaigns, online listings)
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
