JOB SUMMARY

The Retail Sales Supervisor will lead, oversee, and drive sales performance at the Samsung Retail Outlet by ensuring outstanding customer service, effective team leadership, and operational excellence. The role focuses on maximizing sales of Samsung products, enhancing the in-store customer experience, and maintaining smooth day-to-day retail operations.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Sales & Business Performance

  • Drive sales of Samsung smartphones, accessories, and other related products to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
  • Implement and execute sales strategies and promotional campaigns to increase store revenue and market share.
  • Analyze sales data and customer trends to identify opportunities for business growth.

Customer Experience

  • Deliver a premium in-store experience aligned with Samsung’s brand standards.
  • Resolve customer queries, complaints, and feedback promptly and professionally.
  • Build lasting customer relationships through personalized service and follow-ups.

Team Leadership & Development

  • Lead, motivate, and coach the sales team to deliver high performance and meet targets.
  • Conduct regular product training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.
  • Monitor team productivity and maintain a positive, high-energy store culture.

Operational Management

  • Oversee daily store operations, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Maintain visual merchandising and store presentation according to Samsung brand guidelines.
  • Monitor inventory levels, place replenishment orders, and coordinate with suppliers and the warehouse to ensure product availability.
  • Prepare and submit regular sales and operational reports to management.

Compliance & Standards

  • Ensure adherence to company policies, ethical sales practices, and data protection standards.
  • Uphold safety, security, and housekeeping standards in the store.

KEY REQUIREMENT SKILLS AND QUALIFICATION

  • Degree or Diploma in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in mobile retail sales or consumer electronics
  • Strong knowledge of Samsung’s product range, mobile technology, and accessories
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and POS systems
  • Strong leadership, coaching, and team-building skills
  • Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and communication abilities
  • Goal-oriented, proactive, and able to thrive in a fast-paced retail environment
