DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Identify and pursue new sales leads within Nairobi and surrounding areas
  • Promote and sell cleaning and fumigation services to residential, commercial, and institutional clients
  • Conduct on-site visits, assessments, and presentations to potential clients
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships to drive repeat business and referrals
  • Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and performance KPIs
  • Provide accurate and timely sales reports to management
  • Collaborate with operations and service teams to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Keep up-to-date with market trends, competition, and service offerings
  • Participate in promotional campaigns, exhibitions, and client events when required

 

KEY REQUIREMENT SKILLS AND QUALIFICATION

  • Diploma in Sales & Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
  • Minimum of 1-year proven experience in service-based sales (experience in cleaning/fumigation will be an added advantage)
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Confident, persuasive, and able to negotiate effectively
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and goal-oriented
  • Ability to manage time efficiently and work under minimal supervision
  • Professional appearance and demeanor
  • Familiarity with Nairobi’s geography and potential business zones
