DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Identify and pursue new sales leads within Nairobi and surrounding areas
- Promote and sell cleaning and fumigation services to residential, commercial, and institutional clients
- Conduct on-site visits, assessments, and presentations to potential clients
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to drive repeat business and referrals
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and performance KPIs
- Provide accurate and timely sales reports to management
- Collaborate with operations and service teams to ensure customer satisfaction
- Keep up-to-date with market trends, competition, and service offerings
- Participate in promotional campaigns, exhibitions, and client events when required
KEY REQUIREMENT SKILLS AND QUALIFICATION
- Diploma in Sales & Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum of 1-year proven experience in service-based sales (experience in cleaning/fumigation will be an added advantage)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Confident, persuasive, and able to negotiate effectively
- Proactive, self-motivated, and goal-oriented
- Ability to manage time efficiently and work under minimal supervision
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Familiarity with Nairobi’s geography and potential business zones
