DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Actively promote and market the company’s products to new and existing customers through direct selling and product demonstrations.
- Educate customers on product features, usage, and benefits to enhance sales.
- Develop strategies to meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and fostering loyalty.
- Respond promptly to client inquiries, complaints, or feedback to enhance customer experience.
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends, pricing, and customer needs to provide relevant solutions.
- Gather customer feedback to improve products or tailor marketing strategies.
- Maintain a structured schedule to ensure that all customers on the route are served efficiently.
- Adapt routes based on road conditions, customer availability, or new business opportunities.
- Maintain accurate records of daily sales, stock movements, and customer orders.
- Prepare weekly and monthly sales performance reports for management review.
- Provide timely reports on market trends, sales challenges, and customer insights.
- Provide excellent customer service during and after sales to ensure customer retention.
- Follow up with customers post-purchase to ensure satisfaction and build long-term relationships.
KEY REQUIREMENT SKILLS AND QUALIFICATION
- Diploma in Sales and Marketing or a related field.
- 2-4 years of experience in a similar role.
- Motorcycle Riding Skills – Must be able to ride a motorcycle and possess a valid license.
- Good communication skills with a focus on customer service.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and target-driven.
- Familiar with basic technology, such as mobile apps and sales tracking tools.
