DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Actively promote and sell the company’s products to new and existing customers within the assigned territory.
  • Identify new business opportunities and generate leads to expand market share.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with retailers, distributors, and key stakeholders.
  • Conduct regular market visits to assess product visibility, competitor activity, and customer feedback.
  • Ensure proper merchandising and branding of products at retail outlets.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as assigned by management.
  • Prepare and submit accurate sales reports, forecasts, and market intelligence.
  • Assist in implementing marketing strategies, activations, and promotional campaigns.
  • Address customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and provide after-sales support.
  • Represent the company in a professional manner and uphold brand values at all times.

KEY REQUIREMENT SKILLS AND QUALIFICATION

  • Diploma or Certificate in Sales & Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in the FMCG industry
  • Proven track record of meeting sales targets
  • Strong understanding of sales processes, distribution channels, and FMCG market dynamics
  • Valid motorcycle license is an added advantage
