DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Identify, approach, and develop new business opportunities.
  • Maintain a pipeline of potential customers through cold-calling, networking, and attending industry events.
  • Actively promote silicone, glass, or related products to potential and existing clients.
  • Deliver compelling product presentations and demonstrations to highlight product benefits.
  • Provide customers with product knowledge, usage recommendations, and technical support.
  • Build and nurture long-term relationships with key customers to enhance loyalty and repeat business.
  • Monitor customer feedback, ensure satisfaction, and address any issues promptly.
  • Monitor and analyze industry trends, customer behavior, and competitor activities to stay ahead.
  • Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, including customer interactions and transactions.
  • Prepare and submit regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to management.
  • Assist in resolving any issues related to product quality, delivery, or invoicing.

 

 

KEY REQUIREMENT SKILLS AND QUALIFICATION

  • Diploma in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in selling silicone, glass, or similar products.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Self-driven and able to work with minimal supervision.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.
