DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Identify, approach, and develop new business opportunities.
- Maintain a pipeline of potential customers through cold-calling, networking, and attending industry events.
- Actively promote silicone, glass, or related products to potential and existing clients.
- Deliver compelling product presentations and demonstrations to highlight product benefits.
- Provide customers with product knowledge, usage recommendations, and technical support.
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with key customers to enhance loyalty and repeat business.
- Monitor customer feedback, ensure satisfaction, and address any issues promptly.
- Monitor and analyze industry trends, customer behavior, and competitor activities to stay ahead.
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, including customer interactions and transactions.
- Prepare and submit regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to management.
- Assist in resolving any issues related to product quality, delivery, or invoicing.
KEY REQUIREMENT SKILLS AND QUALIFICATION
- Diploma in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience in selling silicone, glass, or similar products.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Self-driven and able to work with minimal supervision.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.
