DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Actively promote and sell the company’s products to new and existing customers.
- Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Identify potential clients through market research, networking, and cold outreach.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and requests promptly and professionally.
- Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and gather feedback for continuous improvement.
- Monitor competitors’ activities, pricing strategies, and market trends.
- Report observations to management to help refine sales strategies.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase features and benefits.
- Educate customers on proper usage of products to maximize satisfaction.
- Prepare sales quotations, proposals, and contracts.
- Negotiate terms of sales agreements to ensure mutually beneficial outcomes.
- Maintain accurate records of sales, client interactions, and follow-ups.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports for management review.
- Use CRM or other sales tools to track leads, opportunities, and sales progress.
- Work closely with the marketing team to implement promotional campaigns.
- Coordinate with logistics and supply chain teams to ensure timely delivery of products.
- Participate in sales meetings, training sessions, and strategy discussions.
- Continuously update knowledge of products, market trends, and sales techniques.
- Attend workshops, training, or seminars to enhance selling skills.
KEY REQUIREMENT SKILLS AND QUALIFICATION
- Diploma or Degree in Sales & Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven sales experience, preferably in FMCG, retail, or similar industries.
- Strong understanding of sales principles, customer service, and market dynamics.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently or as part of a team.
- Ability to handle multiple clients and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic CRM tools is an advantage.
