DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Actively promote and sell the company’s products to both existing and prospective customers
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships
- Identify business opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluating their position in the industry
- Conduct regular visits to outlets, supermarkets, kiosks, and other retail points to ensure product availability, visibility, and proper display
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets as set by the company
- Provide feedback from the market on customer needs, competitors, pricing, and other relevant information
- Resolve customer complaints and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
- Participate in promotional activities and product demonstrations as required
- Prepare and submit regular sales reports and documentation
KEY REQUIREMENT SKILLS AND QUALIFICATION
- Diploma in Sales & Marketing, Business, or a related field
- Minimum 1 year of proven experience in sales, preferably in the FMCG industry
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
- Confident, persuasive, and goal-oriented with a strong work ethic
- Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently
- Familiarity with Nairobi and surrounding markets will be an added advantage
- Proficiency in record keeping and reporting
