DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Content Creation & Management

  • Ideate, plan, script, and produce high-quality, engaging, and trendy TikTok videos to market the company’s products, services, or brand personality.
  • Design and execute weekly and monthly social media content calendars, aligning with the brand voice and marketing objectives.
  • Create and post multimedia content (videos, images, GIFs, text) across platforms including TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, X (Twitter), and others as needed.
  • Edit and optimize content for each platform using mobile and desktop editing tools like CapCut, Canva, InShot, Adobe tools, etc.

Social Media Strategy

  • Develop and implement social media strategies to grow followers, increase engagement, drive traffic to the website, and boost brand visibility.
  • Research and identify new trends, challenges, audio clips, memes, and viral content styles to creatively adapt for the brand.
  • Conduct competitor analysis to stay ahead of industry trends and inform strategy.
  • Recommend innovative campaigns, reels, or influencer collaborations to increase reach and ROI.

Community Engagement

  • Actively manage and engage with the online community: respond to DMs, comments, mentions, and inquiries across platforms in a timely and professional manner.
  • Maintain a consistent and friendly brand tone in all social interactions.
  • Monitor customer feedback and sentiment online, escalating issues or concerns where necessary.

Analytics & Reporting

  • Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) such as engagement rate, follower growth, reach, impressions, video views, and click-through rates.
  • Use tools like TikTok Analytics, Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, or other social media tools to assess the performance of content and campaigns.
  • Prepare and present monthly performance reports with actionable insights and recommendations for improvement.

On-Camera Representation

  • Confidently act as the face of the brand in TikTok and other video content.
  • Participate in live sessions, behind-the-scenes features, product demos, and user-generated challenges.
  • Ensure you are always presentable, articulate, and aligned with brand values when representing the company online.

Collaboration & Coordination

  • Work closely with the marketing, design, and product teams to align on goals and messaging.
  • Coordinate with photographers, videographers, and external content creators as needed.
  • Attend meetings and brainstorming sessions to align on strategy and brand direction.
  • Support physical and online events by capturing live content for social media.

KEY REQUIREMENT SKILLS AND QUALIFICATION

  • Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in managing and growing TikTok and other social media platforms for a brand or business.
  • Strong video editing skills using apps such as CapCut, InShot, Adobe Premiere Rush, etc.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication
  • Very presentable, confident, and comfortable being in front of the camera.
  • Creative mindset with the ability to generate unique content ideas.
  • Knowledge of social media analytics tools and ability to use data to optimize content strategy.
  • Ability to work under minimal supervision and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
