DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Sales & Business Development

  • Identify, pursue, and close new B2B sales opportunities within the textile market
  • Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to expand market presence
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to drive repeat business

Client Relationship Management

  • Conduct client meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations
  • Prepare and negotiate pricing, contracts, and sales agreements
  • Provide timely responses to client inquiries and resolve issues professionally

Tender Management

  • Identify tender opportunities relevant to textile products
  • Prepare, submit, and follow up on tender documentation
  • Liaise with procurement teams and ensure compliance with tender requirements

Market Intelligence & Reporting

  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs
  • Collect and analyze market data to support pricing and product positioning strategies
  • Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and pipeline updates for management

Collaboration & Operations

  • Work closely with production, logistics, and finance teams to ensure seamless order fulfillment
  • Ensure accurate documentation and adherence to company policies
  • Represent the company professionally at industry events, exhibitions, and client meetings

 

KEY REQUIREMENT SKILLS AND QUALIFICATION

  • Diploma in Business Administration, Sales & Marketing, or any related business field
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in B2B sales and marketing within the textile industry
  • Proven track record in achieving sales targets
  • Hands-on experience in tender preparation and management
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Solid understanding of textile products and B2B sales cycles
