WELDERS (5 POSITIONS)

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Use different welding methods (like stick, MIG, TIG, flux-core) to weld steel parts.
• Get materials ready by cleaning, cutting, grinding, and fitting them.
• Set up and safely use welding machines with correct settings.
• Weld in different positions – flat, side, vertical, or overhead.
• Check welds for cracks, holes, or other problems and make sure they are strong.
• Do simple repairs and maintenance on welding tools.
• Always follow safety rules and wear proper safety gear (PPE).
• Be ready to travel and weld at job sites if needed.
• Keep your work area clean and organized.
• Help move materials in the workshop or on job sites.

KEY REQUIREMENT SKILLS AND QUALIFICATION

• High school diploma or GED; technical/vocational training preferred
• English communication skills (mandatory)
• Minimum 2 years of proven experience as a Welder or similar role
• Proficient in basic welding concepts and practices
• Physically fit and able to lift heavy materials and work in demanding environments
• Visa expenses to be catered for
