DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Marketing Strategy & Campaign Management

  • Assist in the development and execution of comprehensive marketing strategies and campaigns to promote the company’s products and services.
  • Contribute to annual marketing plans and budgets, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure timely execution of campaigns across digital, print, in-store, and event platforms.
  • Conduct post-campaign analysis to measure ROI and effectiveness, providing insights for future strategies.

Brand Development & Management

  • Support the creation, refinement, and enforcement of brand guidelines to ensure a consistent brand image across all customer touchpoints.
  • Collaborate with design and creative teams to produce compelling brand assets (brochures, packaging, signage, etc.).
  • Ensure all marketing materials reflect the brand's tone of voice, visual identity, and strategic positioning.
  • Monitor competitor branding and positioning activities, offering suggestions for differentiation.

Digital Marketing & Content Creation

  • Oversee content planning and execution across digital channels including website, email newsletters, and social media platforms.
  • Assist in SEO/SEM activities and coordinate with digital agencies to optimize performance.
  • Contribute to paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn, etc.) by providing briefs, creative input, and performance reviews.
  • Manage marketing content calendars to ensure consistent publishing of engaging and relevant material.

 

Market Research & Trend Analysis

  • Conduct regular market and competitor analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and threats in the industry.
  • Collect and interpret consumer feedback, behavior, and preferences to inform marketing strategies.
  • Prepare reports and insights to support product positioning, pricing strategies, and promotional decisions.

Event Planning & Coordination

  • Assist in the planning and execution of marketing events, exhibitions, trade shows, and product launches.
  • Liaise with event organizers, vendors, and internal teams to ensure smooth execution and maximum brand visibility.
  • Prepare promotional materials, presentations, and collateral for events.
  • Monitor post-event outcomes and gather feedback for continuous improvement.

Internal & External Communication

  • Coordinate with internal departments (sales, product development, customer service) to align marketing efforts with business goals.
  • Maintain relationships with external partners, such as creative agencies, media outlets, influencers, and print suppliers.
  • Draft internal newsletters and communications to keep teams informed on marketing plans and updates.

Reporting & Performance Tracking

  • Maintain dashboards and marketing KPIs to track the effectiveness of campaigns and initiatives.
  • Prepare monthly and quarterly reports for senior management, highlighting successes, challenges, and recommendations.
  • Monitor budget usage and ensure that marketing spend is aligned with approved plans.

KEY REQUIREMENT SKILLS AND QUALIFICATION

  • Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
  • 2–3 years of proven experience in marketing, brand management, or advertising
  • Strong understanding of marketing principles, brand strategy, and digital marketing trends
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, Mailchimp) is a plus
