MOTORBIKE DELIVERY/ SALES REP

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Safely and timely deliver FMCG products to customers as per delivery schedule.
• Maintain accurate records of deliveries, invoices, and customer feedback.
• Promote and upsell company products to existing and potential clients during deliveries.
• Handle cash and digital payments responsibly and ensure proper documentation.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships through professional and courteous interactions.
• Ensure the motorbike is kept clean, in good working condition, and report any mechanical issues.
• Assist in loading and unloading goods at the warehouse and client premises.
• Collect returns and reconcile stock with the warehouse team.
• Follow all road safety rules and company policies during deliveries.

KEY REQUIREMENT SKILLS AND QUALIFICATION

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience as a delivery rider in the FMCG sector
• Valid and up-to-date Motorbike Riding License (Class F or G)
• Good knowledge of Nairobi’s road network, traffic patterns, and alternate routes
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet delivery deadlines
• Physically fit and able to handle loading/unloading of goods
