DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Actively promote and sell skincare products to customers, ensuring an exceptional shopping experience.
- Provide expert advice on skincare routines, product benefits, and usage.
- Maintain an in-depth knowledge of the skincare industry, including trends, ingredients, and different brands, with a focus on Korean and Japanese products.
- Assist customers in selecting the best products for their skincare needs.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to the growth of the business.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure repeat business.
- Keep track of inventory and report any stock issues to management.
- Attend training sessions and stay updated on new product launches.
KEY REQUIREMENT SKILLS AND QUALIFICATION
- Proven experience in beauty or skincare sales, with a strong understanding of skincare routines and products
- Knowledge of Korean and Japanese skincare lines and trends will be highly advantageous.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A customer-oriented attitude with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a passion for the beauty industry.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- A good understanding of skin types and skincare concerns is preferred.
