DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Sales & Revenue Generation

  • Proactively engage walk-in customers to drive product sales and meet monthly sales targets.
  • Execute upselling and cross-selling strategies based on customer needs.
  • Convert product consultations into purchases through persuasive, consultative selling.

Product Expertise

  • Demonstrate deep knowledge of Korean skincare products, ingredients, routines, and their benefits.
  • Stay up to date with emerging skincare trends and communicate those to clients.
  • Educate customers on correct usage of products and how to build effective routines.

Customer Service & Relationship Building

  • Greet customers warmly and provide personalized skincare consultations.
  • Establish and maintain long-term customer relationships to drive repeat business.
  • Handle customer complaints, returns, and feedback with professionalism and care.

Merchandising & Inventory Management

  • Ensure displays are attractive, well-stocked, and aligned with brand guidelines.
  • Monitor inventory levels and report low or fast-moving stock items.
  • Assist in regular stock counts and restocking processes.

Reporting & Performance Monitoring

  • Maintain accurate sales records and customer profiles.
  • Submit daily/weekly sales reports to the store or area manager.
  • Track and report customer feedback or product performance trends.

 

 

Training & Brand Representation

  • Participate in product and brand training sessions.
  • Act as a brand ambassador—uphold company image and promote brand values.
  • Support in-store promotional events, demos, and marketing campaigns.

KEY REQUIREMENT SKILLS AND QUALIFICATION

  • Diploma in Sales & Marketing, Beauty Therapy, or a related field
  • At least 1 year of proven experience in beauty sales, preferably in skincare or cosmetics
  • Strong knowledge of Korean skincare products, routines, and current skincare trends
  • Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
  • Strong verbal communication skills and the ability to explain complex skincare information clearly
  • Well-groomed, confident, and approachable demeanor
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment and as part of a team
  • Passionate about skincare, beauty, and helping people feel confident in their skin
