DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Serve as the first point of contact for customer inquiries via phone, email, or in person.
- Provide accurate, timely, and comprehensive information about the company’s products and services.
- Handle and resolve customer complaints or concerns efficiently and professionally.
- Update and maintain accurate customer records in the database.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Work closely with internal departments to ensure customer needs are met.
- Follow up on customer interactions to ensure resolution and satisfaction.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and adhere to company standards in every customer interaction.
- Prepare and submit regular reports on customer interactions, feedback, and recurring issues.
- Stay up to date with product knowledge, policies, and procedures.
KEY REQUIREMENT SKILLS AND QUALIFICATION
- Diploma or Degree in Business, Communication, Customer Service, or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a customer service or related role
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written
- Excellent problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Professional, courteous, and customer-focused demeanor
