DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Serve as the first point of contact for customer inquiries via phone, email, or in person.
  • Provide accurate, timely, and comprehensive information about the company’s products and services.
  • Handle and resolve customer complaints or concerns efficiently and professionally.
  • Update and maintain accurate customer records in the database.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with customers to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Work closely with internal departments to ensure customer needs are met.
  • Follow up on customer interactions to ensure resolution and satisfaction.
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism and adhere to company standards in every customer interaction.
  • Prepare and submit regular reports on customer interactions, feedback, and recurring issues.
  • Stay up to date with product knowledge, policies, and procedures.

KEY REQUIREMENT SKILLS AND QUALIFICATION

  • Diploma or Degree in Business, Communication, Customer Service, or a related field
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a customer service or related role
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Excellent problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
  • Professional, courteous, and customer-focused demeanor
