DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Brand Strategy & Development
- Develop and implement comprehensive brand strategies aligned with the company’s overall business objectives.
- Conduct competitive analysis and consumer research to identify trends, opportunities, and threats.
- Oversee brand positioning, messaging, and visual identity consistency across all touchpoints.
- Manage end-to-end lifecycle of brand initiatives from ideation to post-campaign evaluation.
Marketing Campaign Management
- Plan, execute, and monitor 360-degree marketing campaigns (digital, print, outdoor, BTL/ATL).
- Collaborate with media agencies to optimize media planning and buying.
- Track campaign KPIs and prepare performance reports to inform strategic decisions.
Product & Market Research
- Lead market research and customer feedback initiatives to support brand positioning and product innovation.
- Analyze and interpret market data to identify growth opportunities.
- Write and present case studies and detailed market research reports to internal stakeholders.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with Sales, R&D, and Production teams to ensure brand consistency and product alignment with market needs.
- Support the sales team with marketing tools, brand messaging, and promotional strategies.
Brand Communication & PR
- Coordinate PR activities, press releases, influencer engagement, and media outreach.
- Ensure effective storytelling and consistent messaging in all brand communications.
Budget Management
- Develop and manage the brand marketing budget.
- Ensure all initiatives are cost-effective and deliver strong ROI.
KEY REQUIREMENT SKILLS AND QUALIFICATION
- MBA in Marketing, Strategic Management, or a related discipline
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, Communication, or a related field
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in brand management within a dairy or FMCG company
- Professional certification in Marketing (e.g., Chartered Institute of Marketing - CIM) is mandatory
- Proven experience in leading brand initiatives and launching successful marketing campaigns
- Strong understanding of consumer behavior, media planning, and brand performance metrics
- Demonstrated ability to write case studies, analyze data, and present actionable insights
