DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and execute national sales and marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, market share, and revenue growth.
- Lead and manage the sales team across various regions, ensuring targets are met and exceeded.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and key partners.
- Plan and oversee marketing campaigns, events, and promotional activities.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with finance team in target setting and drive cash receivable collection strategies
- Manage the sales and marketing budget, ensuring efficient use of resources.
- Report regularly to senior management on performance metrics and strategic initiatives.
KEY REQUIREMENT SKILLS AND QUALIFICATION
- Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field; a Master’s degree is an advantage
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in sales and marketing leadership, preferably in the beverage or FMCG industry
- Proven track record in sales growth, market development, and team leadership
- Strong understanding of distribution networks, retail channels, and consumer marketing
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills
- Passion for craft beer and knowledge of the brewing industry is a plus
- Willingness to travel extensively across the country
