DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop and execute national sales and marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, market share, and revenue growth.
  • Lead and manage the sales team across various regions, ensuring targets are met and exceeded.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and key partners.
  • Plan and oversee marketing campaigns, events, and promotional activities.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with finance team in target setting and drive cash receivable collection strategies
  • Manage the sales and marketing budget, ensuring efficient use of resources.
  • Report regularly to senior management on performance metrics and strategic initiatives.

KEY REQUIREMENT SKILLS AND QUALIFICATION

  • Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field; a Master’s degree is an advantage
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in sales and marketing leadership, preferably in the beverage or FMCG industry
  • Proven track record in sales growth, market development, and team leadership
  • Strong understanding of distribution networks, retail channels, and consumer marketing
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills
  • Passion for craft beer and knowledge of the brewing industry is a plus
  • Willingness to travel extensively across the country
