DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Clinical Assessment & Diagnosis

  • Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations, including medical history reviews, physical examinations, and diagnostic assessments.
  • Identify neuromusculoskeletal conditions and develop evidence-based diagnoses.
  • Interpret diagnostic imaging and collaborate with other healthcare providers when necessary.

Treatment & Patient Care

  • Deliver chiropractic adjustments, manual therapies, mobilizations, and rehabilitative techniques.
  • Create and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to patient conditions and wellness goals.
  • Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as required.
  • Provide guidance on posture, ergonomics, body mechanics, exercises, and lifestyle modifications.

Patient Education & Communication

  • Clearly explain diagnoses, treatment options, procedures, and expected outcomes to patients.
  • Promote preventive care and empower patients to take an active role in their health.
  • Maintain strong, empathetic communication to ensure a positive patient experience.

Compliance & Documentation

  • Maintain accurate, timely, and confidential patient records in line with regulatory and clinic standards.
  • Ensure adherence to professional, ethical, and legal chiropractic practice guidelines.
  • Participate in continuous quality improvement initiatives.

Collaboration & Professional Development

  • Work closely with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to coordinate patient care.
  • Participate in staff meetings, case reviews, and professional development programs.
  • Stay up-to-date with advancements in chiropractic techniques, research, and best practices.

KEY REQUIREMENT SKILLS AND QUALIFICATION

  • Must be a registered Chiropractor with the relevant regulatory body
  • A minimum of 5 years of proven experience in chiropractic practice
  • Strong clinical assessment and manual therapy skills
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and patient-management abilities
  • High levels of professionalism, integrity, and empathy
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a multidisciplinary team
  • Commitment to evidence-based practice and continuous learning
