DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Clinical Assessment & Diagnosis
- Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations, including medical history reviews, physical examinations, and diagnostic assessments.
- Identify neuromusculoskeletal conditions and develop evidence-based diagnoses.
- Interpret diagnostic imaging and collaborate with other healthcare providers when necessary.
Treatment & Patient Care
- Deliver chiropractic adjustments, manual therapies, mobilizations, and rehabilitative techniques.
- Create and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to patient conditions and wellness goals.
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as required.
- Provide guidance on posture, ergonomics, body mechanics, exercises, and lifestyle modifications.
Patient Education & Communication
- Clearly explain diagnoses, treatment options, procedures, and expected outcomes to patients.
- Promote preventive care and empower patients to take an active role in their health.
- Maintain strong, empathetic communication to ensure a positive patient experience.
Compliance & Documentation
- Maintain accurate, timely, and confidential patient records in line with regulatory and clinic standards.
- Ensure adherence to professional, ethical, and legal chiropractic practice guidelines.
- Participate in continuous quality improvement initiatives.
Collaboration & Professional Development
- Work closely with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to coordinate patient care.
- Participate in staff meetings, case reviews, and professional development programs.
- Stay up-to-date with advancements in chiropractic techniques, research, and best practices.
KEY REQUIREMENT SKILLS AND QUALIFICATION
- Must be a registered Chiropractor with the relevant regulatory body
- A minimum of 5 years of proven experience in chiropractic practice
- Strong clinical assessment and manual therapy skills
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and patient-management abilities
- High levels of professionalism, integrity, and empathy
- Ability to work independently as well as in a multidisciplinary team
- Commitment to evidence-based practice and continuous learning
