DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Promote and sell a variety of cosmetics products to customers within the assigned region
  • Actively identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the customer base.
  • Ensure all products are well-positioned and stocked in retail outlets, pharmacies, and other relevant locations.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and customers to encourage repeat business.
  • Provide excellent customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner.
  • Conduct regular follow-up with clients to ensure satisfaction and obtain feedback.
  • Stay informed about the latest cosmetic trends, product offerings, and competitor activity.
  • Deliver product presentations and demonstrations to customers, ensuring they are fully informed about the products’ benefits and usage.
  • Suggest and advise on products based on customer needs and preferences.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets set by the company.
  • Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to the management team.
  • Work towards achieving set commission goals through strong sales results.
  • Collect and analyze market data to identify customer preferences, trends, and competitive products.
  • Suggest improvements based on market analysis to enhance the product offering and sales approach.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and transactions.
  • Prepare and submit weekly/monthly sales reports to the management team.
  • Ensure timely and accurate processing of orders, deliveries, and payments.
  • Travel frequently within the designated territories to attend to clients, conduct sales, and promote the products.
  • Ensure efficient use of transport expenses allocated for travel.

 

 

KEY REQUIREMENT SKILLS AND QUALIFICATION

  • Diploma or degree in sales, marketing, business, or a related field is preferred
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in the cosmetics sales field, with a demonstrated track record of achieving sales targets and managing customer relationships
  • Excellent sales and negotiation skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of the cosmetics industry, including products and market trends
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
  • Self-driven, results-oriented, and proactive in sales efforts
