DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Sales Activities:
- Actively promote and sell e-bikes to potential customers in your assigned region.
- Identify sales opportunities and work towards converting leads into successful sales.
- Present and demonstrate the features and benefits of the e-bikes to customers.
Customer Acquisition:
- Build and maintain a strong customer base through networking, referrals, and direct sales efforts.
- Respond to customer inquiries promptly and provide accurate product information.
Market Knowledge:
- Stay updated on e-bike industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to provide accurate market feedback.
- Analyze customer preferences and adjust sales tactics to meet customer needs.
Sales Targets:
- Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to the overall team sales goals.
- Track sales progress and report on performance regularly to the sales supervisor.
Customer Service:
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing issues, answering questions, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Guide customers through the purchasing process, providing after-sales support if necessary.
Reporting:
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and transactions.
- Prepare regular sales reports and share them with the Sales Supervisor.
KEY REQUIREMENT SKILLS AND QUALIFICATION
- Minimum 4 years of experience in field sales, with a focus on automotive or related sectors
- Strong knowledge of sales techniques and the automotive market
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
- Passionate about sustainability and green mobility solutions, such as e-bikes
