DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Strategic Planning & Execution:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive business plans to achieve occupancy, revenue, and profitability targets.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities and mitigate risks.
  • Continuously optimize pricing strategies based on demand, seasonality, and market conditions.

Operational Excellence:

  • Oversee all aspects of property management, including guest communication, cleaning, maintenance, and check-in/check-out procedures.
  • Establish and maintain high standards of cleanliness, maintenance, and guest service.
  • Implement and refine operational procedures to ensure efficiency and consistency.
  • Revenue Management & Reservations:
  • Utilize prior experience in reservations management to optimize booking processes and maximize revenue.
  • Implement dynamic pricing strategies and manage online booking platforms.
  • Analyze booking data to forecast demand and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Lead generation through various online and offline methods.

Property Owner Relations:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with property owners, providing regular updates and performance reports.
  • Identify and onboard new properties, expanding the portfolio and increasing revenue.
  • Negotiate contracts and ensure owner satisfaction.

Team Leadership & Development:

  • Recruit, train, and manage a high-performing team, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability.
  • Provide ongoing coaching and development to team members, ensuring they have the skills and knowledge to succeed.
  • Delegate tasks effectively and ensure team cohesion.

Guest Experience & Satisfaction:

  • Ensure exceptional guest experiences by maintaining high standards of service and responsiveness.
  • Proactively address guest feedback and resolve issues promptly and effectively.
  • Implement initiatives to enhance guest satisfaction and loyalty.

Compliance & Risk Management:

  • Ensure compliance with all local regulations and safety standards.
  • Implement risk management strategies to protect the company and its assets.
  • Financial reporting and budget management.

KEY REQUIREMENT SKILLS AND QUALIFICATION

  • Degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Proven experience in managing vacation rentals, short-term rentals, or similar hospitality operations
  • Significant experience in reservations management, preferably at a supervisory or managerial level
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Proficiency in property management software, online booking platforms, and revenue management tools
