E-BIKES SALES SUPERVISOR

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Team Leadership:

• Oversee and guide the sales executives in the assigned regions to achieve sales targets.
• Provide coaching, mentorship, and continuous training to enhance the team's sales performance.
• Lead by example in achieving personal and team sales goals.
• Manage performance reviews and set individual development goals for team members.

Sales Strategy:

• Develop and execute sales strategies to drive e-bike sales within the assigned regions.
• Monitor competitor activities and market trends to adjust sales tactics.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers and key stakeholders in the automotive sales sector.

Sales Reporting:

• Maintain accurate sales records and provide regular reports on sales performance to senior management.
• Identify areas for improvement and take proactive steps to improve team performance and sales results.

Customer Engagement:

• Handle complex customer queries and provide solutions to enhance customer satisfaction.
• Oversee the resolution of customer issues, ensuring a seamless buying experience.

Target Achievement:

• Ensure sales targets are consistently met or exceeded across the assigned regions.
• Track sales activities, evaluate team progress, and implement corrective actions where necessary.

Market Expansion:

• Collaborate with marketing teams to increase the brand's visibility and presence in the region.
• Organize local promotional events, trade shows, or campaigns to generate new leads and boost sales.

KEY REQUIREMENT SKILLS AND QUALIFICATION

• Minimum 5 years of experience in automotive sales with at least 2 years in a supervisory role
• Strong leadership and people management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving team performance
• Strong knowledge of e-bikes and automotive industry trends is a plus
