DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Proactively identify and engage potential customers in the construction and real estate sectors.
  • Promote and sell a wide range of paint products to contractors, project managers, architects, and site engineers.
  • Develop and maintain strong business relationships with existing clients and stakeholders on construction sites.
  • Visit construction sites regularly to understand project requirements and position our products accordingly.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations tailored to client needs.
  • Achieve and exceed agreed-upon sales targets and performance metrics.
  • Collect market intelligence and provide feedback on competitor activities, pricing, and product trends.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals and post-sale support.
  • Keep accurate records of client interactions, sales, and site visits.
  • Coordinate with the logistics team to ensure timely delivery and fulfillment of orders.

 

KEY REQUIREMENT SKILLS AND QUALIFICATION

  • Diploma in relevant field
  • Proven experience in selling paint or related building materials is a must
  • Solid background in field sales with a demonstrated ability to meet or exceed targets
  • Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills
  • Self-driven, enthusiastic, and able to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities
