DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Proactively identify and engage potential customers in the construction and real estate sectors.
- Promote and sell a wide range of paint products to contractors, project managers, architects, and site engineers.
- Develop and maintain strong business relationships with existing clients and stakeholders on construction sites.
- Visit construction sites regularly to understand project requirements and position our products accordingly.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations tailored to client needs.
- Achieve and exceed agreed-upon sales targets and performance metrics.
- Collect market intelligence and provide feedback on competitor activities, pricing, and product trends.
- Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals and post-sale support.
- Keep accurate records of client interactions, sales, and site visits.
- Coordinate with the logistics team to ensure timely delivery and fulfillment of orders.
KEY REQUIREMENT SKILLS AND QUALIFICATION
- Diploma in relevant field
- Proven experience in selling paint or related building materials is a must
- Solid background in field sales with a demonstrated ability to meet or exceed targets
- Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills
- Self-driven, enthusiastic, and able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
