DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Client Acquisition & Relationship Management

  • Identify and engage new business opportunities in assigned territory.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.
  • Conduct client visits to understand project requirements and propose tailored solutions.

 Sales & Business Development

  • Promote and sell interior design and signage products and services to prospective clients.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs on a monthly basis.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends and competitor activities.

Product Knowledge & Technical Expertise

  • Present and explain technical features and benefits of products and services.
  • Offer design or installation advice based on the client’s needs and industry best practices.
  • Collaborate with design and production teams to ensure customer specifications are met.

Reporting & Administration

  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions, proposals, and closed sales.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports.
  • Assist in the coordination of project execution and client handovers.

 

KEY REQUIREMENT SKILLS AND QUALIFICATION

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Sales, Marketing, Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field
  • Must be able to ride a motorbike and possess a valid motorcycle driver’s license
  • Proven field sales experience, preferably in the interior design, architectural, or signage sectors.
  • Strong understanding of technical concepts and terminology used in interior design and signage
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
