DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Client Acquisition & Relationship Management
- Identify and engage new business opportunities in assigned territory.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.
- Conduct client visits to understand project requirements and propose tailored solutions.
Sales & Business Development
- Promote and sell interior design and signage products and services to prospective clients.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs on a monthly basis.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and competitor activities.
Product Knowledge & Technical Expertise
- Present and explain technical features and benefits of products and services.
- Offer design or installation advice based on the client’s needs and industry best practices.
- Collaborate with design and production teams to ensure customer specifications are met.
Reporting & Administration
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, proposals, and closed sales.
- Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports.
- Assist in the coordination of project execution and client handovers.
KEY REQUIREMENT SKILLS AND QUALIFICATION
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Sales, Marketing, Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field
- Must be able to ride a motorbike and possess a valid motorcycle driver’s license
- Proven field sales experience, preferably in the interior design, architectural, or signage sectors.
- Strong understanding of technical concepts and terminology used in interior design and signage
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
