DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Customer Engagement & Lead Management

  • Act as the first point of contact for all customer inquiries—calls, SMS, WhatsApp, emails, and social media—especially those generated through advertisements (e.g., radio).
  • Capture and document key customer information including full names, contact details, inquiry type, customer location, and specific interests.
  • Maintain a well-organized CRM or lead-tracking system to ensure effective follow-ups and conversion.

 Marketing Campaigns & Promotions

  • Plan, execute, and monitor targeted marketing campaigns to promote the company’s services, properties, or ongoing projects.
  • Coordinate both online (digital) and offline (traditional) marketing strategies, including but not limited to:
  • Social media marketing (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.)
  • Email marketing and bulk SMS
  • Radio and print advertisements
  • Community activations and roadshows

Digital Marketing & Content Creation

  • Develop and schedule content for social media platforms.
  • Monitor engagement and respond to comments or queries on digital channels.
  • Analyze campaign performance and suggest improvements for higher reach and engagement.

Tender Support & Business Development

  • Assist in the preparation of tender documents by compiling:
  • Company profile and history
  • Compliance certificates (NCA, KRA, Tax, etc.)
  • Past project performance and references
  • Other statutory and technical documents
  • Work closely with technical teams to meet submission deadlines.

Market Research & Reporting

  • Conduct competitor analysis and gather market intelligence to guide marketing strategies.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly reports on lead performance, campaign effectiveness, and customer feedback.
  • Recommend adjustments to campaigns based on data insights.

KEY REQUIREMENT SKILLS AND QUALIFICATION

  • Degree or Diploma in Marketing, Business Administration, Communication, or a related field
  • At least 2 years of experience in a marketing or customer service role—experience in the construction or real estate sector is an added advantage
  • Knowledge of digital marketing tools and CRM systems
  • Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and work under minimal supervision
  • High level of attention to detail and accuracy
