DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Lead Generation & Campaigns

  • Develop and implement effective lead generation strategies tailored to real

estate clients.

  • Manage and execute performance-based digital campaigns (Google Ads,

Meta, LinkedIn, etc.).

  • Track, analyse, and report on lead conversion, ensuring marketing ROI and

measurable results.

SEO & Digital Marketing

  • Optimize company website and landing pages for search engines (on-page and

off-page SEO).

  • Conduct keyword research, develop content strategies, and improve online

presence to drive qualified traffic.

  • Create and manage content (e.g., blog posts, landing pages, emails) that

attracts, engages, and converts leads.

CRM & Marketing Automation

  • Manage and optimize the CRM system (Zoho CRM, Monday.com, or similar).
  • Set up and manage automation workflows (Zapier) to streamline lead tracking,

follow-ups, and client onboarding.

  • Ensure the CRM is effectively used by the sales team and reflects accurate

customer journeys.

Design & Content Creation

  • Create compelling marketing materials (graphics, presentations, brochures)
  • using Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.).
  • Collaborate with the design and content teams to maintain brand consistency
  • across all assets.

 

Market Research & Optimization

  • Conduct market research to identify new lead sources, channels, and

opportunities for growth.

  • Analyze data and optimize campaigns for maximum ROI, lead quality, and
  • conversion rates.

Collaboration & Reporting

  • Work closely with the sales team to ensure a seamless lead handover and

follow-up process.

  • Develop and report on KPIs related to lead generation efforts, ensuring

effective communication across teams.

 

KEY REQUIREMENT SKILLS AND QUALIFICATION

  • Proven experience in lead generation and digital marketing, preferably within the real estate sector
  • Diploma in sales & marketing, Business or related field.
  • Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, and content marketing strategies
  • Hands-on experience with Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other lead generation tools
  • Proficiency in CRM systems (Zoho, Monday.com, HubSpot, Salesforce) and marketing automation (Zapier).
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.) for creating visual content.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience in data-driven decision-making.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Creative thinker with the ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with cross-functional team
  • A passion for real estate and understanding of industry trends is a plus
