DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with large-scale retail outlets to ensure the availability and visibility of the company’s products.
- Negotiate and manage agreements with retail outlets to maximize profitability.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets by identifying opportunities to increase product uptake.
- Develop and implement sales strategies specific to the modern trade sector.
- Work with retail partners to plan and execute promotional activities.
- Identify and penetrate new retail accounts to expand the company’s reach.
- Provide excellent customer service to retail partners, addressing their needs and resolving issues promptly.
- Ensure proper merchandising and stock management at retail outlets.
- Monitor competitor activities and industry trends to stay ahead in the market.
- Collect feedback from retail outlets to refine strategies and improve offerings.
KEY REQUIREMENT SKILLS AND QUALIFICATION
- Degree or Diploma in Sales and Marketing or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience working with large-scale retail outlets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong marketing and negotiation skills.
- Innovative and customer-centric approach.
- Passionate about achieving results and exceeding targets.
