DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage day-to-day office operations, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and handling correspondence.
- Organize and maintain office files, both physical and digital, ensuring easy access and retrieval of documents.
- Prepare and schedule meetings, appointments, and events.
- Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other office documents.
- Maintain office supplies inventory and coordinate procurement.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.
- Assist in data entry, updating records, and maintaining databases.
- Perform general office duties such as photocopying, scanning, and filing.
- Support staff with administrative tasks as needed, ensuring efficiency across the team.
- Ensure the office is well-maintained and organized at all times.
- Handle other tasks as assigned by management.
KEY REQUIREMENT SKILLS AND QUALIFICATION
- Degree or Diploma in any field
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in an office assistant or similar administrative role
- Proficiency in using office software (Microsoft Office Suite, Google Suite, etc.).
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- A proactive, positive, and solution-oriented attitude.
