DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Receive customer orders through various channels (walk-in, phone, POS systems, and sales representatives).
  • Accurately capture and process orders using POS and internal order management systems.
  • Coordinate with the sales team to ensure orders are fulfilled on time and in full.
  • Liaise with the warehouse and logistics teams to confirm product availability and delivery schedules.
  • Follow up on pending orders and communicate order status updates to customers and sales representatives.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer orders, invoices, and deliveries.
  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and order-related issues professionally and promptly.
  • Support sales activities by providing order reports, sales data, and customer feedback.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, pricing structures, and FMCG regulatory requirements.
  • Assist in stock monitoring and flag low stock or fast-moving items to the sales team.

KEY REQUIREMENT SKILLS AND QUALIFICATION

  • Diploma in Sales and Marketing or a related field
  • 1–2 years’ experience in order processing, sales support, or customer service within the FMCG sector
  • Proven experience using POS systems and basic order management tools
  • Strong understanding of FMCG products, distribution, and sales cycles
