DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Perform daily cleaning tasks including vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, and dusting.
  • Clean and maintain office furniture, desks, windows, ceiling vents, and equipment.
  • Handle washroom cleaning thoroughly, ensuring restrooms are hygienic and well-stocked with supplies (soap, toilet paper, etc.).
  • Empty trash bins, ensure proper disposal of waste, and segregate recyclables.
  • Disinfect high-touch areas, such as doorknobs, light switches, and elevator buttons, to prevent the spread of germs.
  • Follow health and safety guidelines for the use of cleaning chemicals and tools.
  • Keep an inventory of cleaning supplies and notify the relevant office personnel when replenishment is needed.
  • Ensure that all cleaning equipment is well-maintained and functioning properly.
  • Identify any repairs or maintenance needs (e.g., faulty equipment or damaged fittings) and promptly report them to the appropriate department.

 

KEY REQUIREMENT SKILLS AND QUALIFICATION

  • At least 2 years of experience as an office cleaner.
  • Ability to follow cleaning procedures efficiently and independently.
  • Familiarity with the safe use of cleaning equipment and products.
  • Presentable and well-groomed.
  • High level of integrity and trustworthiness.
  • Good time management and attention to detail.
