DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Identify and pursue potential buyers and investors through direct prospecting, referrals, online inquiries, and cold-calling.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients, guiding them throughout the purchase process.
  • Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand clients' property preferences and financial capacities.
  • Plan and execute online campaigns (social media, websites, property portals) to promote available properties.
  • Utilize offline marketing strategies, including distributing brochures, attending real estate events, and organizing open houses.
  • Create engaging content for social media and real estate listings to attract potential buyers.
  • Guide clients through the property purchase process, including contract signing and legal compliance.
  • Ensure timely follow-ups to maintain momentum from initial inquiry to final sale.
  • Provide professional advice on property investment options based on market trends and the client’s needs.
  • Address client inquiries promptly and offer guidance on property inspections, documentation, and financing.
  • Manage after-sale customer service to enhance client satisfaction and encourage referrals.
  • Maintain a database of clients, prospects, and sales leads for follow-ups and relationship building.
  • Provide weekly and monthly reports to management on sales performance and market feedback.
  • Identify emerging markets and new business opportunities within the Syokimau area and beyond.

 

KEY REQUIREMENT SKILLS AND QUALIFICATION

  • Diploma or Degree in a relevant field.
  • Strong online and offline selling skills.
  • Proven experience in negotiation and closing sales.
  • Aggressive and results-driven with excellent marketing abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and handle pressure in a competitive environment.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Experience in the real estate industry is an added advantage.
