DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Welcome customers, provide product recommendations, and assist with inquiries.
- Promote and sell a variety of alcoholic beverages to meet daily and monthly sales targets.
- Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system efficiently, including cash handling and receipt issuance.
- Ensure the shop is well-stocked, clean, and products are neatly displayed.
- Maintain excellent customer service by resolving issues promptly and professionally.
- Monitor inventory and report low-stock items to the manager.
KEY REQUIREMENT SKILLS AND QUALIFICATION
- Proven selling skills with prior experience in retail or beverage sales
- Detail-oriented with experience working with POS systems.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage and build rapport.
- Presentable and well-groomed.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
