DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive growth in spare parts sales.
- Identify and target new business opportunities, expanding the customer base.
- Cultivate strong, long-term relationships with both new and existing customers.
- Regularly engage with customers to understand their needs and provide personalized recommendations.
- Collaborate with the sales team and management to set and review sales targets and KPIs.
- Analyze sales data to identify market opportunities and improve sales performance.
- Offer expert knowledge on motorbike and tuk-tuk spare parts to ensure customers receive tailored solutions.
- Assist customers in selecting the right parts and accessories based on their specific needs.
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by addressing issues promptly and professionally.
- Plan and execute regular travel across various regions of Kenya to engage with potential clients and partners.
- Maintain detailed records of travel activities, sales progress, and market conditions.
- Regularly track competitor activities and market trends to stay ahead of the curve.
- Prepare detailed reports on sales performance, customer feedback, and market conditions to inform decision-making.
- Continuously update personal knowledge on new motorbike and tuk-tuk spare parts, technologies, and maintenance practices.
- Collaborate with suppliers and manufacturers to ensure the latest products and parts are available to customers.
- Work closely with marketing, logistics, and inventory teams to ensure the availability of products and timely delivery to customers.
- Monitor product quality standards and work closely with suppliers to ensure parts meet safety and durability standards.
- Regularly collect and analyze customer feedback to identify areas of improvement in products and services.
KEY REQUIREMENT SKILLS AND QUALIFICATION
- Recent graduate in Sales, Marketing, or related field
- Passion for motorbikes/tuk-tuks (basic knowledge of spare parts).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
- Willing to travel (ability to ride a motorbike is a plus)
- Self-motivated and results-oriented.
